MARTINSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - Two new prosecutors have joined U.S. Attorney William Ihlenfeld’s office in the Northern District of West Virginia.

Shawn M. Adkins and Stephanie S. Taylor were sworn in Thursday by Chief U.S. District Judge Gina Groh.

Adkins previously served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in Harrison County. He received his undergraduate degree from Marshall University and his law degree from Western Michigan University’s Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

Taylor has worked in the prosecuting attorney’s offices in Berkeley and Mingo counties. She also is a Marshall graduate. She earned her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law.
