WEST NEW YORK, N.J. (AP) - Three men face felony murder charges after a man suffered fatal injuries during an apparent street robbery.

Hudson County prosecutors say the attack occurred early Thursday in West New York. They say 57-year-old town resident Moises Rivera was out walking when he was confronted and knocked to the ground.

Rivera was taken to a hospital, where he died a few hours later. An autopsy determined that his death was a homicide caused by blunt force trauma to the head.

The three men - 20-year-old Franklin Turcios and 21-year-old Munir Kader, both of Guttenberg, and 25-year-old Jerrison Reynoso, of West New York - were arrested late Friday.

Bail for each man was set at $250,000 and it wasn’t known Sunday if any of them had retained an attorney.
