FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) - Police say a 25-year-old man was shot to death after a fight at a party at a Fayetteville home.

Investigators said the suspect fired several shots from the street outside the home around 1:15 a.m. Sunday after the party ended in an argument.

Police say three people were struck. Leandre Laguerre was killed, while the other two survived. Authorities say 24-year-old Kenneth Burch had to have emergency surgery and remains in critical condition, while 21-year-old Clevaun Breece was treated and released from the hospital.

Detectives are currently interviewing witnesses and have not identified any suspects.
