ALTUS, Okla. (AP) - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports the body of a man who drowned in the Red River has been found.

Troopers recovered the body of 28-year-old Logan Graham of Altus on Sunday morning. Witnesses say Graham submerged into the Red River on Thursday and never resurfaced.

The National Weather Service reports the river was not flooding in the area when Graham disappeared. Some areas downriver are still flooding following record May downpours.

Aircraft spotted his body about 5 miles south of a bridge that he disappeared near. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
