LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Gov. Rick Snyder plans to sign legislation to increase fuel taxes and vehicle registration fees as part of plan to boost spending on roads. How lawmakers voted Tuesday:

The Senate’s 20-18 vote to increase fuel taxes was largely the same except Republicans Judy Emmons and Tonya Schuitmaker voted yes and Mike Green and Dave Hildenbrand voted no - reversals of their votes on vehicle fees.
