HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) - A former state grand jury judge says the Pennsylvania attorney general’s office illegally or unethically got into his personal email account.

Judge Barry Feudale’s allegations Wednesday are his latest against Attorney General Kathleen Kane.

He says the attorney general’s office accessed at least some of his emails after he had sent them to a state prosecutor’s account months after that prosecutor had resigned. Feudale’s also accused Kane or her agents of stealing files from his office in 2013.

Kane’s spokesman says Feudale has no evidence to support his allegations.

Kane’s office last week released three emails of Feudale’s from 2013 that she said showed a breach of secrecy involving sealed court documents, although it’s unclear from the emails what, if anything, Feudale leaked.

Feudale is now a senior judge in Northumberland County.
