SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - Savannah Mayor Edna Jackson and challenger Eddie DeLoach are headed for a runoff.

The Savannah Morning News reports (http://bit.ly/1MHiUXu) that a Dec. 1 runoff is planned after both failed to garner more than 50 percent of the votes in Tuesday’s elections.
