JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Mississippi government buildings are lowering flags to honor those killed or wounded in a mass shooting on an Oregon college campus.

Gov. Phil Bryant has ordered public buildings to fly Mississippi and U.S. flags at half-staff from noon Friday until sunset Monday.

Nine people were killed and seven others were wounded in the attack Thursday at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon.
