GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Authorities say they have charged a 16-year-old with killing one person and wounding another in a June shooting in Greenville County.

Deputies said in a news release that the boy was arrested Wednesday. His name was not released because of his age.

Investigators say 18-year-old Ty’meir Warton was killed in the June 11 shooting outside of a Greenville home. The condition of the second person who was wounded has not been released.

Deputies and arrest warrants did not give a motive for the shooting.
