MANDAN, N.D. (AP) - A Mandan man accused of shouting racist slurs and threatening to kill a woman has pleaded guilty.

The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/2100xAw ) 54-year-old Wesley Wolff pleaded guilty this week to a felony terrorizing charge.

Wolff was charged after his neighbor told the Mandan Police Department that Wolff was standing outside her home and shouting racist slurs against Native Americans. Wolff allegedly also threatened to kill the woman and her family.

South Central Judge David Reich sentenced Wolff to one year with all but time served suspended. He must also serve two years of supervised probation.
