WASHINGTON (AP) - History buffs and admirers of Abraham Lincoln who want to mark the 207th anniversary of his birth can attend a wreath-laying at the Lincoln Memorial.

The National Park Service says a variety of government officials and organizations will present wreaths during the ceremony at noon on Friday. The Military District of Washington will provide a color guard, and there will also be a musical program.

The program is free and open to the public.
