SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - The Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce is planning to hear from the two declared Republican candidates for governor of Vermont on the future of the state’s economy.

Lt. Gov. Phil Scott and retired businessman Bruce Lisman are due to appear before a legislative breakfast hosted by the Chamber on Monday.

The breakfast is set for 7:30 a.m. at the Double Tree Hotel in South Burlington. The forum is expected to begin at about 8 a.m.

The Chamber is slated to hear from Democratic candidates Sue Minter and Matt Dunne at a similar event on March 14th.
