SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) - A Sioux City woman who pleaded guilty in May to hitting two pedestrians with her pickup while she was drunk has been sentenced to 70 days in jail - time she’s already served.

The Sioux City Journal reports (http://bit.ly/29mfQDw ) that 33-year-old Kayla Decora was also sentenced Friday to two years’ probation and a five-year suspended prison sentence.

She pleaded guilty in May to third-offense operating while intoxicated and two counts of misdemeanor aggravated assault.

Police say Decora intentionally struck the two pedestrians on April 12, causing injuries that were not life-threatening.
