YORK, Maine (AP) - Police in Maine say they used a spike strip to stop a New Hampshire driver who drove through a police roadblock and led them on a high speed chase.

York police say 36-year-old Eric Harris, of Lincoln, New Hampshire, is charged with aggravated reckless conduct, attempting to elude police, passing a police roadblock and operating under the influence.
