COLUMBUS, Wis. (AP) - A teenager injured at a machine shop in Columbus last month has died at a Madison hospital.

Authorities say 17-year-old Dusty Babcock became trapped in a machine at GD Roberts Manufacturing on June 27. Police say Babcok was cleaning scrap metal under a laser cutter when the machine engaged and came down on him.

The teen died Saturday at UW Hospital. The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is investigating.
