UTICA, N.Y. (AP) - Police in Utica, New York, say they have arrested two people after discovering a meth lab.

The Utica Observer-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/28UFx8K ) reports that Marissa DeAngelo and Kellan Winslow were charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and felony unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.

It was not immediately clear if they had attorneys who could comment.

The police were contacted by the Herkimer County Probation Department that an alleged methamphetamine laboratory was found during a home check.

After the alleged lab discovery, police closed a street and had electric power shut off to the residence as a search was conducted. There were no reports of injuries.
