MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A Missoula man who was found guilty of soliciting teenage boys for sex and has a pending rape charge has been arrested again. Prosecutors say he was attempting to meet children for sex.

The Missoulian reports (https://bit.ly/295Cjnz ) that prosecutors say 73-year-old Allan Robert Buscaglia’s probation officer reported that he violated the conditions of his release by trying to contact teenage boys.

Buscaglia was originally arrested in April 2015 on and given a suspended jail sentence on prostitution charges. He has pending charges of raping a developmentally disabled man and was released after posting bond in that case.

He was arrested on a warrant on June 23 and is currently in custody. The judge granted a request from Buscaglia’s attorney to move the hearing on the new charges to July.
