NORTH BERGEN, N.J. (AP) - New Jersey’s Democratic Party says there may have been some campaign finance violations after some voters say they received bogus voting ballots on their doors with Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders’ name removed.

A party spokesperson tells News 12 (http://bit.ly/22T9See ) the fliers in Hudson County don’t say who paid for them.

Hillary Clinton and the primary candidates on her ticket are highlighted on the flier. Sanders’ name is whited out. Clinton won the state’s primary on Tuesday.

Priscilla Rosario, of North Bergen, says her grandmother received the flier, and several others in the area - mostly Spanish speakers - also received them.

She says she believes it was an attempt to influence voters into choosing Clinton.

Clinton’s campaign didn’t immediately respond to requests about whether they knew who distributed the fliers.
