BOSTON (AP) - Boston police seized several guns and arrested five people following a brawl that broke out during the filming of a rap video in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood.

The Boston Globe reports (http://bit.ly/1sfkhUU ) the melee started shortly after 6:30 p.m. Wednesday after a group of people walked up to the artists and started fighting.

Police say some of the group tried to attack officers dispatched to the scene, but pepper spray was deployed to control the crowd. One officer suffered a minor injury, but no suspects or other people were hurt.

The five men were charged with various offenses including assault and battery on a police officer, unlawful possession of a firearm and disturbing the peace, among others. All five will be arraigned Thursday in Dorchester District Court.
