TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A second man has been arrested in a homicide case after investigators found fingerprints where a Tulsa man’s body was found in the truck of a partially submerged car in the Caney River near Collinsville.

Jeff Johnston of the U.S. Marshals Service in the Northern District of Oklahoma tells the Tulsa World that U.S. Marshals in Detroit arrested the 35-year-old man Tuesday in the shooting death of 38-year-old Rafael Hernandez-Torres in April 2015.

Court documents say a judge issued an arrest warrant for the man Jan. 5 after investigators discovered a fingerprint on beer cans near the scene.

Jail records say the man is being held in the Wayne County Jail in Detroit. Johnston says he’ll be transported to the Rogers County Jail.
