SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - A teenager who authorities say brought prescription medications to a party two northern Indiana brothers attended before dying of overdoses will serve jail time after pleading guilty to a drug charge.

A St. Joseph County judge sentenced 19-year-old Kyle Treber to a two-year jail term Friday, with one year suspended and to be served on probation. The second year will be a combination of 90 days in jail and community corrections.

The South Bend Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/1TCavCl ) Treber pleaded guilty to a single count of possession of narcotics in exchange for prosecutors dropping three charges of dealing narcotics.

Treber admitting bringing the prescription painkiller oxycodone to a June 2015 party in Granger. Nineteen-year-old Nick Savage and 18-year-old Jack Savage were found dead the next day.
