SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (AP) - A snack bar next door to Saratoga Race Course is on the market for more than $1 million.

The Times Union of Albany reports (http://bit.ly/1T0qb4L ) owner Tami Farrow has listed the Trackside Grill for sale at $1.2 million.

The one-story, 480-square-foot snack bar is just steps from the clubhouse gates at the historic track, known for attracting some of the world’s best thoroughbreds during its annual summer racing season.

The property includes 26 parking spaces, a premium commodity on busy racing days.

The 52-year-old Farrow has received permission from the city of Saratoga Springs to expand the business, but says she hasn’t followed through because of health problems.

She acquired the property in a divorce settlement for $1 in 2014 from her former husband, whose family had owned it for decades.
