PINEVILLE, Mo. (AP) - A Missouri judge has found sufficient evidence for a man to stand trial in a head-on crash that killed a Missouri woman and a Florida man.

The Joplin Globe (http://bit.ly/1TuLadm ) reports that 36-year-old Donovan Ryan, of Pineville, was bound over for trial Wednesday in McDonald County Circuit Court on two counts of first-degree involuntary manslaughter and a single count of second-degree assault.

He is accused of causing a March 2015 crash that killed 28-year-old Ashley Tharp, of Pineville, and 27-year-old Cody S. Blevins, of Sebastian, Florida. The crash near the southwest Missouri town of Noel also seriously injured a 7-year-old boy.

The judge set Ryan’s initial appearance in a trial division of the court for June 7.
