WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Two firefighters killed in a rowhouse fire in Wilmington that investigators believe was intentionally set were remembered at a memorial at which Vice President Joe Biden spoke.

A memorial service for Christopher Leach and Jerry Fickes was held Saturday at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. The men died last weekend and were laid to rest in separate funeral services Friday.

Investigators have charged 27-year-old Beatriz Fana-Ruiz, who lived in the Canby Park rowhome, with setting the fatal fire. She was charged with two counts of first-degree murder first-degree arson, assault and reckless endangerment.
