CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man who bought at least 200 weapons from other firearms dealers and sold them to a Camden drug dealer and other criminals is now headed to prison.

Federal prosecutors say 36-year-old Joshua Jackson, of Willingboro, received a 70-month sentence on Tuesday. He had pleaded guilty in June 2015 to conspiracy, dealing firearms without a license and possession of firearms by a convicted felon.

Jackson admitted selling or brokering the sale of dozens of weapons between December 2009 and September 2010.

Authorities say Jackson bought most of the weapons at gun shows from unlicensed gun sellers who were not subject to background checks. Other firearms were bought at Columbus, Ohio gun stores by straw purchasers working for Jackson, who transported the handguns to New Jersey and resold them.
