ENOLA, Pa. (AP) - A central Pennsylvania elementary school open again, a day after a new batch of mold was isolated to two rooms which are being cleaned.

East Pennsboro Elementary and West Creek Hills Elementary reopened Tuesday after mold closed both last week for the start of the school year.

But WHTM-TV (http://bit.ly/2cvAMcL) reports East Pennsboro had to close again after mold was found Wednesday on a classroom bulletin board. But officials tell the stations the school is open again Friday.

East Pennsboro’s high school could remain closed for up to three more weeks while workers reinsulate pipes thought to be contributing to the mold there.

A testing company blamed the mold growth in the schools on extreme humidity and rain over the summer and a lack of air conditioning.
