OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police have arrested a second man wanted for murder in Oklahoma City following a nearly seven-hour standoff.

Sgt. Gary Knight told reporters the 40-year-old man was arrested Wednesday afternoon when officers entered the home after earlier using gas canisters and flash bang grenades in unsuccessful efforts to force him out of the southeast Oklahoma City home.

The man is wanted in connection with the Sept. 10 death of 52-year-old Jay Creacy. Court records do not show that the suspect has been formally charged.

The first suspect was arrested five days after Creacy was found.

Police say several officers were treated for heat exhaustion during Wednesday’s standoff, but there were no injuries.
