Sara Palin: there is no reason other than to free up her time for a presidential race. No FBI, no scandals are out there for her. She is as clean as a whistle.

After 3-5 Mill $ spent in Alaska paying 30-40 investigators and attorneys last fall, the MSM and DNC found all there was on Palin..... Now all the Libtards have are rumors and slime when they discuss her...... And discuss her, they do. They can't help it. They are scared poopless of her. In their hearts they know that all the denigration of Palin in the MSM was trumped up BS. They know she is highly intelligent, ambitious, stuborn, and stands on her principles as a Conservative. All BAD things for the Libtards agenda..... There is no doubt they are scared litle children over Palin...... If they weren't then they would just ignore her. They can't. It's not in a Libtard to not denigrate the object of their fear. It makes them feel better about themselves. It may be hard on their self respect (what little that remains after the election), credibility, and integrity. But they just won't learn.... Conservatives are going to fight fire with fire from now on. We are tired of having our children attacked. We are tired of constant derision from Libtards because we don't fall in line with their Socilist agendas. Enough is enough. Play time is over. Count on it.

A politician who does not act like a politician. How refreshing.

If the tea party folks can stay together, Gov. Palin can lead that group (which is a majority) to create a new party that really does what our Founders visioned.

If she can’t handle being governor how can she handle being president?

So many "experts and few, if any have a clue about who Sarah Palin is and what she stands for. Why? Either because they are lazy, ignorant or both. The best Sanchez of CNN can do is ask, "Is she pregnant?" Palin knows clearly what she believes in and what she stands for, and her history proves it. From school mom, to PTA, to Mayor, to Governor it has always been about being pro-active about changing what she sees as detrimental to her state, and fellow Alaskans. Her willingness to go against corrupt members of her own party set her apart and made her stand out against the other choices McCain was considering as running mates. Like Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindel, Palin stepped into the Governor's office and got things done for the benefit of the citizens of her state who put her there. As Lt. Governor Parnell stated, " She got more done in 2 1/2 years than most get done in one to two terms." The experience of running for Vice President let Sarah meet America and America meet her. In that experience she came in touch with people of similar core values about what America is and can be. Palin clearly enumerated those in Face-book. " "I am now looking ahead and how we can advance this country together with our values of less government intervention, greater energy independence, stronger national security, and much-needed fiscal restraint. There is a sense of urgency within Palin as she has watched the unfolding of the Obama agenda and the direction he wants America to go. Restricted by her position and constantly criticized for activities outside Alaska Palin was restrained and frustrated. There was also the issue of her deceison of not running for re-election. It resolved two important issues for Palin. How to have the most effectve contunuation of her vision and how to give the Republican party the best shot of retaining the governorship of Alaska. By stepping down Lt Governor Parnell will become governor. He is lke minded and has been a strong supporter of Palin and her vision for Alaska. He offers the best shot for a continuation of Sarah Palin's vision of what is important for Alaskans. So a handoff to Lt. Governor Parnell is the passing of the ball. By resigning Palin gives Parnell the opportunity to establish himself and gives Republicans the best shot for keeping the governorship of Alaska. There is a natural flow to all of this. Palin has freed herself to pursue her passion so what we will soon see is a re-vitalized Sarah Palin. And as Joseph Campbell said, "A vitalized person, vitalizes the world"

She will not be dipping into the public coffers as obozo, obiden and ohillary did during their presidential run. I appreciate her honesty for not taking a paycheck during her run for the POTUS. The democrat socialist party doesn't understand this.

We need a straight shooting acerbic spokesman for Conservatism to fight a Muslim President well on the road of destroying our Constitution and our jobs in order to make people dependent upon him for food and shelter.

And here is the foundation of beliefs and vision for America that Palin believes in: 1. Less government intervention. 2. Greater energy independence. 3. Stronger national security. 4. Fiscal restraint 5. That anyone can make a positive difference. And what does Obama believe and what is his vision for our country? Can anyone tell me?

All of the above is good. The Sunday article in the WT was not good. I haven't read today's yet, but my bet is that this is not about 2012 and Sarah. It is about 2010 and how she can help win back the Congress by working with incumbents how have clear heads (not the 8 that voted for "Cap and Tax") and newcomers to the scene. The REAL election is 2010. By 2012, O will have created a 50% majority composed of his present extreme left supporters, welfare recipients, and hundreds of thousands of new Federal government employess. At the moment 50% of the taxpayers pay 2.97% of the taxes and the othr 50% pay 97.03% of the taxes. Obama knows this and is working to secure his "base". He is depending on the sleepwalking of the 50% who pay 97.03% to continue through November 2012. I think Sarah knows this and is happy to have the "talking heads" in the Republican Party jockey for 2012. If you haven't yet read or heard her entire speech, take the time to look it up. It is "stump speech" and should be heard by every American — and I think it will be. Go Sarah!

I hope she starts a new party. I'm sick of Dems and Rhino's. It's time to take our country back from the commies, socialites, and idiots running us in the ground. Go Sarah.

I never understood the right's vitriolic hatred of Hillary, until Palin came along. Basically, think there are fundamentally different personality profiles between conservatives and liberals. And everything about Palin's personality sends off negative alarm bells for me. That cheerful, brazen know-nothingness... it completely embodies the spirit of conservative women I know, and it just makes me recoil. She'll never be president, but that doesn't mean I still can't stand her.

I am behind what Sarah Palin represents 100%, but she should have completed her term in office. That would have sent the message that she is not a quitter for any reasons. She took an oath of office and, as others have pointed out, there are no scandals, etc. driving her from that office. She needed to complete what she started.
