Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
Southern California tailback Dillon Baxter has been reinstated by the NCAA after taking a ride in a golf cart with an agent last week.
Officials from Southern California's athletic department met with the student who provided the golf-cart ride to freshman tailback Dillon Baxter before the incident and told him it was against NCAA rules, according to the school.
