Philadelphia Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick says he was not involved with a shooting following his birthday celebration in Virginia Beach last week.

The spokesman for the nightclub where Michael Vick held his birthday bash says the Philadelphia Eagles quarterback left in a car minutes before a shooting outside, contradicting Vick's attorney's timeline.

Virginia Beach Police say Michael Vick has been interviewed about a shooting that took place outside a nightclub where he had celebrated his birthday.
Bernstein, who said authorities have a copy of the video, said the first 911 call about the shooting was received at 2:11.
"I don't want to say either way as to what his involvement is," Bernstein told The Associated Press in a telephone interview. "Everyone wants me to give him a label because of who he is."
