How the government's punishing of the exposure of official wrongdoing can linger for years
Formula One team Caterham has selected American Alexander Rossi and Chinese Ma Qing Hua as its reserve drivers for this season.
The first American driver on the Formula One grid in five years is hoping for a solid performance at the Spanish Grand Prix.
Caterham says Alexander Rossi will drive in Spanish Grand Prix practice this week to be the first American driver behind the wheel of a Formula One car in five years.
"When they explained to me Formula One cars were quickest than Champ cars, that got my attention," said Rossi, who admits it's tough to break through the NASCAR and IndyCar dominance.
"I think (the sponsors) realize there is a big opportunity there that hasn't been captured yet by Formula One," said Rossi.
