COCKEYSVILLE, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County police yesterday charged a 15-year-old boy with fatally shooting his parents and his two younger brothers as they slept at their home in a suburb north of Baltimore.
"The online access is the only thing that is going to be redacted," said crime control office spokesman Bill Toohey, explaining that names still would be listed in the paper case files.

Baltimore County Police Department spokesman Bill Toohey said he could not comment on the case because department's lawyers had not reviewed the ruling.
