The company's growth over the past decade is primarily attributable to the Harry Potter series by J. K. Rowling.     A British judge refused to dismiss a plagiarism lawsuit against "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling on Thursday, saying claims that the best-selling author stole ideas from an obscure fantasy book deserved to be considered at a proper hearing.
