Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
One California lawmaker thinks the solution to America's gun violence problem just might be hip-hop car washes, Zumba classes and a little lunchtime yoga.

A once-sleepy movement that would upend the Electoral College, reverse two centuries of constitutional practice and elect presidents by direct popular vote has quietly picked up momentum in recent days, with Republican Party leaders scrambling to stanch a steady stream of defections by GOP state lawmakers to the plan.
Mr. Nestande said he would not suggest that the federal government implement California's mental health model — or spend money on any new mental health treatment at all.
“You're almost kind of saying, 'Hey, dream up some stuff to do,' and it may not be terribly well thought out or useful, " Mr. Nestande told The Washington Times Wednesday in an interview.
