Indeed, the official Christmas theme at the White House this year is the cozy but generic "Shine, Give, Share," but never fear, there is still a nativity scene among the many decorations, a spokesman tells Inside the Beltway.

Located in the East Room, it's the same one that has been there since 1967, says Semonti Stephens, deputy press secretary for first lady Michelle Obama - whose first words during a press preview Wednesday were, "Happy holidays. All right now, it's Christmas."
