The young drop coverage to avoid higher premiums

Always kidding, always joking, Navy wide receiver Brandon Turner put on his most serious face recently as he approached Danny O'Rourke, his old position coach.

Brandon Turner's freshman season at Navy was five minutes from concluding. The Midshipmen were demolishing Missouri in the Texas Bowl, and Turner's day (as well as teammate Bo Snelson's) effectively would end with kickoff coverage after Navy's last touchdown.

Navy football coach Ken Niumatalolo struggled through a news conference Saturday after his team's 40-14 victory over Western Kentucky. Many of his thoughts dwelled upon an arm injury senior slotback Aaron Santiago suffered in the win.

Bruce Andrews' nickname, born in Navy's wide receivers meeting room, is catching on a little more this month.
"I said 'I learned it from you,'" O'Rourke said with a laugh.
