Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
The Deutsche Bundesbank (German for German Federal Bank) is the central bank of the Federal Republic of Germany and as such part of the European System of Central Banks (ESCB). Due to its strength and former size, the Bundesbank is the most influential member of the ESCB. Both the Deutsche Bundesbank and the European Central Bank (ECB) are located in Frankfurt am Main. European Central Bank President Mario Draghi on Thursday unveiled a long-awaited program to buy up bonds and help bring down the borrowing costs of Europe's struggling governments.

Jean-Claude Trichet, the euro's chief guardian, this month will leave the European Central Bank (ECB) in a very different place from when he took the helm in 2003, with a dramatically expanded role to fight the government debt crisis.
