Officials from Southern California's athletic department met with the student who provided the golf-cart ride to freshman tailback Dillon Baxter before the incident and told him it was against NCAA rules, according to the school.
Dillon Baxter is eager for his Hollywood premiere, even if it's a week late.
"It's a lot better this way," said Dillon Baxter, a contender to start at tailback. "We've got everything we need to succeed at USC, and guys realize that. We don't make excuses."
