The president's men trash the Constitution to pursue antagonists

Thailand's high school gang wars — so common that the media generally ignore them — were thrust into the headlines and parliamentary debate last month when a 9-year-old bystander was fatally shot.
He reportedly told police his handgun cost 2,000 baht ($65).
"I want revenge," he said, softly. "We're seen as the bad guys, but people don't know what we're up against. If we don't fight, we'll be killed."
