    Navy warns of reduced force amid spending cuts

    The Navy will be forced to cut back on its missions, training and equipment maintenance if Congress cannot pass a 2013 defense budget and avert automatic, across-the-board spending cuts set to begin March 1, the vice chief of naval operations testified Tuesday before Congress.

If enacted, these recommendations will save millions of taxpayer dollars because sanctuaries are less expensive than housing the animals in research labs. Kennedy, with new features including pavilions to house rehearsal halls and classrooms, a memorial garden and a floating stage on the Potomac River.
