How the government's punishing of the exposure of official wrongdoing can linger for years
Four people were found dead Tuesday in Colorado after a woman called police to report a shooting and apparently was shot to death while she was on the phone.
She said she couldn't see anything, but she heard a woman screaming.
A neighbor, Joyce Vibbert, said she heard three gunshots early Tuesday and got up to look out her bedroom window.
