Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution

After weeks of speculation, Michigan's GOP-controlled Legislature and Republican Gov. Rick Snyder on Thursday pushed ahead with a bill to make this historic labor stronghold a right-to-work state, sparking a clash in the state Capitol and setting up what could be an epic fight watched by union and management supporters nationwide.

Mitt Romney has pushed the 2012 electoral battleground into union-friendly territory — putting organized labor on the defensive in states it typically has little trouble holding.
Ms. Swift added that recall elections are "uniquely difficult" to win and that it doesn't reflect the politics of her state.
"Their courage sparked a movement and has inspired working people everywhere. That's a beginning, not an end," said Michigan State AFL-CIO President Karla Swift.
