Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
"Mad Men," a piercingly bleak portrait of a 1960s American anti-hero, earned a leading 17 Emmy nominations Thursday and the chance to set a new record as the most-honored drama in television history.
That sound drowning out the applause for this year's Emmy nominees announced Thursday morning is the grinding of teeth over worthy shows and stars Emmy ignored.

The fan votes — not just the odds — were in "The Hunger Games' " favor at the MTV Movie Awards.

Kathryn Joosten, a veteran character actress who played the crotchety, nosey Karen McCluskey on ABC's "Desperate Housewives," has died. She was 72.
There was nothing desperate about this finale. ABC's "Desperate Housewives" concluded its rocky, racy and macabre eight-season run with a tidy, affectionate send-off.

"Survivor: One World" should have probably just been called "Survivor: Kim's World."
