Obama acts as though we no longer have a Constitution
There are no middle-aged people in Nyumbani. They all died years ago, before this village of hope in Kenya began. Only the young and old live here.
The U.S. ambassador in Kenya announced Tuesday a ban on four top government officials and a businessman from traveling to the United States because of suspected connections to drug smugglers he compared to "infectious rats."

Kenya's president signed a new constitution into law Friday that institutes a U.S.-style system of checks and balances. Joining African leaders at the festivities was Sudan's president who faces charges of genocide and crimes against humanity in connection with violence in Darfur.

Kenya's government is unhappy with the impression created by a U.S. court ruling that granted asylum to President Obama's aunt for saying she could be targeted by members of Kenya's government if deported, an official said Friday.
