    Judge refuses to further delay Fort Hood trial

    A military judge on Tuesday refused to again delay the trial of an Army psychiatrist charged in the deadly Fort Hood shooting rampage, setting up the highly anticipated court-martial scheduled to begin next week.

    Defense seeks to delay Fort Hood hearing

    A military hearing to determine whether an Army psychiatrist should go to trial for last year's deadly Fort Hood shootings was unexpectedly stalled Tuesday, without testimony from any of the dozens of survivors, after defense attorneys requested a monthlong delay.
