Toll Brothers is building town homes at Amberlea at South Riding in Ashburn, a planned community with a golf course, sports courts, clubhouses, swimming pools, playgrounds, parks, trails and neighborhood events held on the Town Green. Market Square includes shops, restaurants and services.
Toll Bros. is building 71 town homes in the Tournaments at Dominion Valley Country Club in Haymarket, a golf-course community with an 18-hole golf course. Also featured in the community are a clubhouse with a pro shop; a sports pavilion with swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness classes; shops and restaurants at Market Square; kayaking, canoeing and fishing on Silver Lake; and another planned clubhouse with indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Ryan Homes is building 81 town homes and condominiums at Market Square at Frederick, a community that includes a town center with shops and restaurants, a sport and health club, a park and walking trails. Residents can drive to a nearby MARC train station and easily reach Route 15 for commuting.
