A family attorney says the wife of former Minnesota Viking Joe Senser was driving an SUV believed involved in a hit-and-run that killed a pedestrian.
"Usually, when I have a child porn case, this hasn't been a gray line," he said.
Officials searched his client's home and conducted interviews to determine the context of the photo, Mr. Halberg said.
