The Kennedy Center in Washington is planning a major festival showcasing the artists of Spain and Portugal and will produce the first new musical during the 2014-2015 season. On Tuesday, the center is announcing an ambitious slate of theater, dance and music totaling more than 2,000 performances beginning in the fall.
