In the latest employer backlash against the high costs of President Obama's signature health-care plan, a major Denny's and Dairy Queen franchise owner says he is considering adding an "Obamacare" surcharge that would raise his restaurant's prices by 5 percent.

Judgment Day has finally arrived in Washington for President Obama and his health care law, which after two long years of court battles will earn a final legal decision Thursday from the nine justices on the Supreme Court.
"Of course, the proof is in the price tag of the policy," he said, noting that it's still unclear how the required benefits will affect premiums.
The latest update from the administration seems to be keeping "with the spirit of providing comprehensive benefits at an affordable price," said Neil Trautwein, a vice president of the National Retail Federation, a business group whose members will be heavily affected by the law.
