    Warmer weather may be the new normal

    Unless the mercury takes a significant dive in the next three weeks, 2012 is set to become the warmest year on record for the United States — a historic benchmark but the cause for more chaos than comfort for most people.

    Ohio officials to return exotic animals to widow

    Ohio officials are clearing the way for the return of five surviving exotic animals to a woman whose husband released dozens of wild creatures last fall and then committed suicide.
